Return Policy

Exchange & Order Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags attached. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified—including discount codes or shipping details. Please carefully review your order before checkout, as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us at support@underaburningsun.com.

Returns for Defects or Damage
For any damages or production errors, there is a 14 day return policy following the date of delivery confirmation. If an exchange is permitted for incorrect or defective items, item(s) must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging and free of any odors or fragrances. Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Additional shipping costs are not compensated. Return labels can only be provided to US addresses.

Sizing Policy
Please refer to the sizing guide provided in the product description for the best sizing information. Note that we do not provide specific sizing recommendations. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the correct size before purchasing. Items cannot be exchanged due to sizing errors.

Promotions and Discounts
Promotional discounts and codes are valid only for new orders placed during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to existing or previous purchases.

Cancellation Terms

Non-Cancelable Orders
All sales are final, and cancellations are not permitted for any orders, including both pre-order and on-hand items. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all purchases are considered final at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details thoroughly before confirming their purchase. Modifications to orders cannot be accommodated after they are placed.

Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional discounts and codes are valid only for new orders placed during the promotional period. They cannot be applied retroactively to existing or previous purchases. No price adjustments, refunds, or credits will be issued for promotional offers not applied at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Newsletter Discount Codes
Discount codes issued through our newsletter are not applicable to items already discounted, on sale, or to orders that have already been placed. These codes are intended for use on full-priced items only. Please review your order carefully to ensure the discount is applied correctly before completing your purchase.
